Can't find out why your Windows 7 has an svchost.exe running constantly on 25% CPU time? Is this really annoying because your laptop fan is running on a high pitch because of the additional cooling need? Then Resource Monitor is your friend.
Just type in "Resource Monitor" to the Start Menu search bar, start it up, and the rest is self-explanatory :)
